May 2 Rolled Up Crochet Rose, Easy and Quick to Make, Free Crochet Pattern and Video Tutorial

Here is a quick and easy way to make a beautiful crochet rose! You can make it with different yarns to achieve different sizes and textures. If you make it with cotton yarn, this could be a lovely face scrubby.

Ch 59.

Row 1: dc in 5th ch from hook, *skip next 2 ch, (dc, ch 1, dc) all in next ch* across.

Row 2: ch 1, turn, (hdc, 3 dc, hdc) all in next ch-1 space, *sc in space between next 2 dc, (hdc, 3 dc, hdc) all in next ch-1 space* across to last ch-1 space, (hdc, 11 dc, hdc) all in last ch-1 space.

Fasten off, but leave the yarn tail about 18 inches long. Use a tapestry needle, and stitch the rose together, rolling it little by little (see the video below).
